The room at Westend Inn was clean, cozy, and had a great ambience. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. The food served was delicious and satisfying.

Although the overall experience at Westend Inn was pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. The pool was not available during my stay, which was a disappointment.

I loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, the king-size bed, and the big bathroom with a separate shower room. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety. The staff was warm, helpful, and prompt. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off in the hot Delhi weather.

The location was good with easy access to the main attractions. the room was clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities available. I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with its beautiful view and delicious food.

I was quite disappointed with the staff who lacked basic manners and hospitality. the service was slow and unprofessional.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport for easy access to flights and there are activities to do around the area. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast is tasty with a decent spread. Live musical concert at the pool side is a cherry on top.

Some staff members can be rude and unhelpful, providing bad customer service, especially at the reception counter, which can ruin the experience.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a large, modern bathroom. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options that satisfied our taste buds, and the staff was warm and helpful. We especially appreciated the location, which was in a safe and accessible area, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The noise level could be bothersome at times, as there were events in the garden that made it difficult to sleep. getting a taxi proved to be somewhat of a challenge, as they are not allowed to enter the hotel premises.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location near the airport made it super convenient for catching my flight. The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. Plus, the laundry service was excellent - each cloth was carefully delivered in a separate bag. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a cozy terrace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and at home. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.
